Bank by Phone

How it works

Cortland Bank's Bank-by-Phone feature allows you to use a touch-tone telephone to access your Cortland Bank checking and savings account information any day of the week.

  • Keep up-to-date on your account balances.

  • View recent deposit and withdrawal transactions.

  • Set up a reoccurring transaction.

  • Fax a statement to yourself.

As a customer of the Bank, you can also transfer funds between your accounts via Automated Voice Response. 

Upon account opening, access to Bank by Phone is available. Initial setup is required in order to establish your PIN, and will require authentication for your safety.

Simply call 330.637.8040 and choose option 1 from the automated menu.
You will be directed to the Automated Voice Response System for Bank by Phone.

As a first-time new user, you will be prompted to create a PIN, and will need to validate your account for further access.

Troubleshooting

What if you receive a restricted message?

Upon account opening, access to Bank by Phone is available. Initial setup is required in order to establish your PIN, and will require authentication for your safety. 
If you receive a message that your account is restricted please contact a customer service representative <link> as your account may be unavailable due to inactivity in the Bank by Phone system. 

Security Features

  • Fifteen days from account opening you will have access to Bank by Phone. 
  • If you do not enroll within those fifteen days, you will need to notify a Bank Team Member to set up this feature. 
  • Once you are enrolled in Bank by Phone your inactivity period is lengthened to 90 days.

Enjoy the simplicity, safety and convenience of eStatements. Delivering secure, interactive electronic documents including statements with check images, notices, promotions and other customer communications. 

Access your accounts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through NetTeller Online Banking. When your eStatement is available you will receive an e-mail notification from Cortland Bank.

You will have the power to initiate transactions and conduct self-directed research through eStatements. Print and save your statement monthly at your convenience.
